֍֍ Packaging:The packaging is done properly and robust. Your decorative items are first wrapped in bubble wrap and several layers of protective elements. Then, they are carefully packaged in a box. We pay special attention to securely your items purchased from our store.
֍֍ Shipping & Delivery:
After payment has been confirmed, Items are shipped within 3 business days from Morocco by using the PostColis Prio. It is an international courier.
We ship to countries by registered mail with tracking number.
The shipping takes:
• Europe: 8 to 15 business days – Free shipping
• Mediterranean countries: 8 to 15 business days – Free shipping
• USA & Canada: 10 to 20 business days – Free shipping
• Other countries: 10 to 20 business days – fixed rate : 22 $
֍֍ Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days after you received the item.
1. Item Damaged
If the customer receives a damaged product:
• An order is eligible for a full refund if the carrier tracking shows that the package was damaged in transit.
• If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered, we will need proof of damage from the customer. In such cases, we request an image of the item in question along with a SKU.
2. If the customer simply wants to return the item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for return item.
3. Return to Sender (RTS)
Generally, packages that are returned to sender are not subject to a refund restocking fee and shipping charges. This applies, but is not limited, to instances where the address was incorrectly inputted when the order was placed, where the recipient refused delivery, refused to pick up the package and where the address is deemed invalid by the carrier.
